[..YouTube..] roman numerals are for chords, arabic numerals are for scale degrees. so for a A13 D9 E9 it translates to: I13 IV9 V9

[..YouTube..] Adding 9th, 11th and 13th are really adding 2,4 and 6, which are left out of dominant chords. But since they are usually added on top of the chord they are called by the higher numbers. Adding a 13th to D you would add B. In G add an E. Watch his fingering will help too.
