    just for the intro figner pick riff i personally think it sounds better if you a full bend on 14 on the G string then go to 12 on the G then back to the 14b then down to 9:

  55. [..YouTube..] Good good lesson man…But one more thing(i’m from portugal,so if my english it’s bad sorry) when you do the bridge you do the C and then the D and then the G but after the G you have to do the D and then the E and then the the C,etc…Try to do like I said!

    I can hold some of the chords, but the strumming with the right hand is especially hard for me. And I don’t know why…

    I feel like I’m getting all 6 notes individually, instead of the smoothe sound you get. Also, how do I know whether or not to go up or down, and how many times?

    The hardest part of learning to play the guitar is the very start. Just practice strumming in an down, up, down, up, down… pattern, after a while it will begin to feel more natural. ;)

    Just listen to the track and try to figure it out yourself. It is much easier!

    2. Without spending an arm and a leg, I would recommend a guitar that does not hinder your development and progress. For example, the guitar should stay in tune, and should not have an action so high that it becomes painful to play…

    I took piano lessons as a kid. Hate them, picked up a guitar and it took over my musical interests. It lead to banjo and mandolin.

    No need to study sheet music, or theory. Just play from the ear and work on technique.

[..YouTube..] Hey!I have a tiny bit of a problem.While Im playing G-D-C the base notes sound fine and PERFECTLY in tune,but when I go back from C to D that base note on the D (4th string open) just kinda “brakes” it!Its going all softer from G to D and to C and then suddenly the base note on the D just pretty much goes “f- you” on the softness “streak”!
